DELIVERY & INSTALLATION

Our well trained staff are always available to better support you and The EIS System from the simple installation process to general maintenance of The EIS System.

Installation services are meticulously carried out. We guarantee our products to be zero defective.
Extensive training is offered to our customers on a regular basis. Basic training (offered through your distributor) is required to be able to operate The EIS System while LD Technology offer both level 2 and level 3 training in Florida, Miami on a regular basis. Customer service and technical issues are well documented and resolved utilizing state of the art CRM software. Rest assured your purchase through LD Technology will be a smooth and efficient process.
Proactive and scheduled maintenance is carried out in order to prevent breakdown and ensure correct functioning and reserve the shelf life of The EIS System. In fact LD Technology offer "calibration" keys with your purchase so that The EIS need not be returned for maintenance. If your hardware device should become defective, LD Technology will replace your device as soon as possible during your first year maintenance program (free first year and renewable every subsequent year).

We also have experienced computer technicians who would be happy to advise you on specific computer requirements. Ask LD Technology about our fully installed ready to ship laptops.

Financing and lease to own is also available with easy monthly payments. We even offer a deferred payment plan should you require 60 to 90 days before payments begin.
